Recruiter needed - Boston

CM Access is dedicated to connecting creative professionals to projects and positions in the marketing and communications industries. We continue to develop a reputation of success in building profitable, lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the New England and Mid Atlantic region. For 13 years, our group has been striving to stay ahead of the "job search curve", learning how to create better job seekers, solve client needs through creative staffing solutions, and to build a community of creative professionals, while serving as a support and a resource during the often frustrating process for hiring managers and candidates alike.

We're looking for a motivated, thorough, and compassionate Career Advocate to join our team of creative industry match-makers! In this recruiting role, the Career Advocate will be responsible for helping job seekers in the marketing, communications, advertising and design industries to secure opportunities for project, freelance or fulltime work. This is a relationship-driven position, and the right person will be driven by networking, communicating with established contacts, and forging new connections by any means necessary.

CM Access is building a reputation of client and candidate service, and the right candidate will work to advocate talented creative professionals to our clients. We strive to serve as a helpful resource for contractors and freelancers in marketing, advertising and design positions for large corporations and boutique agencies.

The Career Advocate will exemplify what it means to work as a team, working with Account Executives to identify, prepare, and place talented candidates in appropriate positions. The Career Advocate will be responsible for not only finding new candidates and creating new connections, but also maintaining established professional relationships through communication, effective time management skills, and an innate ability to relate to all types of personalities.
